Slim Gyms Fitness studio offers private 1-2-1 training sessions as well as small groups from an exclusive Brighton City Centre Studio. Located in the heart of the North Laine, close to Brighton train station, Seven Dials and Preston park.

This fully equipped private studio is home to an extensive range of specialist equipment including a power plate, TRX and Functional training centre, the studio is perfectly equipped and designed to offer intensive workouts to clients of all fitness levels and has the latest in functional and strength equipment.

The studio also offers changing and toilet facilities and is for your use only, you are hiring your own private gym. Working out at our studio location limits distractions when training.

I'm sure that you are well-informed about the current status of the COVID-19 developments in Europe and here in the UK. I'd just like to take a few moments to update you on our approach at Slim Gyms;

We are wiping down all our equipment between every client with anti bacterial wipes
Hand sanitiser has been made available to use before and after sessions
We are doing weekly deep cleans in the studio
As slim gyms is a private studio we are able to keep on top of the cleanliness compared to a commercial gym where lots of people are coming and going
